From IMDB?

Hi guys - I was just wondering how many of you were from the IMDB. We were begining to discuss it under another thread, and just thought having a designated place for it may be nice.

As of 3.21, I *think* that the IMDB boards are being moderated. Apparently, all the trolling last night did something? Because I had some trouble posting for some odd reason, and a lot of people were complaining that they're posts were being deleted, and they aren't sure why. Does anyone know what's up?

I've been kind of scarce over there lately, since it was getting so annoying -I've just been checking in for news and stuff, so I dont know anything about being moderated. I can't say it would be a bad idea, though...

Right, Briana. I'm on those boards, but mostly for news. It just got annoying. I just don't understand what happened. I don't blame all the youngins, cause I've "met" some who were more mature than older folks. I think it all started with the Chatzy escapades. Know what I hate? When I'm off those boards for a weekend, come back, and something happened that made everyone I liked talking to decide to up and quit, and THEN...NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHAT IT IS! Oh, those caps were very troll of me. Excuse that, please. But I just want to understand! And I can't!

IMDb is so bad tonight. I'm embarrassed.

...so, i'm shamelessly advertising on the IMDB boards for this site.
BUT, I'm not sure if I understand why people are bashing the ads?
I've heard things like, well there's not enough people there, or it's (and i'm correcting) more fun over here at IMDB.
It's not like you have to chose. I'm still on both.

I just don't understand how there are people complaining about all the OT-ness of the IMDB board, but then are like, whoa, Eternal Fruit? No Way!

I don't care if there's two people on this site. It's pretty. And I'm shallow like that. lol.
I guess this is just what happens when you try to correct a problem that doesn't want to be corrected.
I still commend Kaiia though. i think the site rocks.

yea i loved being on IMDB b/c i got to talk to ppl who r obsessed like me and last night it got trolled and now its not the same...

last night wasn't the first time i was there while it got trolled ridiculously, but it was the first time that i ever saw mods around.

I just noticed your reply to my post on IMDb (I'm callmekansas... shamelessly advertising haha) and I was almost going to tell them everything you had said, but then I realized it wasn't worth it. The only people who will join are the people who already understand where we are coming from, and most of them are long gone. I'm about to bump it anyways. Hehe. Hopefully some of the good ones will see it.

The sad part about being on this forum is that people can actually see how long you've been on... and I have a bit of an addiction. We need more people, if only to make me less noticeable!
